Trellis is a retail company specialising in high quality home and beauty products inspired by nature. Their subscription – based service includes premium personal care products and home care products: body line including bath and body products, home line including detergents, cleaners. Company mission is to protect the balance of our bodies to preserve health, in particular for fertility and hormonal wellness. Trellis promotes reductions of toxic chemicals in our daily home environments and our personal environments (toxins entering our bodies).
Brand’s target market is educated women (20s-40s) looking for a premium product that will be healthy for them and their families. Although women are be the primary decision makers, the family surrounding the decision maker will use the products as well so it was essential to create a more gender-neutral look.
Some of the initial mockups included a handwriting design with a floral element. Below is a set of variation on the final theme.
The look and feel of the brand is defined by sophisticated and timeless palette. Muted greys, beiges, soft browns, off whites and earthy tones bring a cosy yet elegant look. An oriental-inspired turquoise accent breaks the scheme to create a fresh and vibrant feel.
