I originally designed this weekly planner for a friend who is a copywriter and often struggles with finding enough time for the things she cares about most. I suggested it would be good for her to have little reminders somewhere on her desk about the priorities in her life so she can adjust her schedule and be aware of time consuming activities (such as social media). We also limited the “to do” list to 4 things on working days and 3 on weekends as we both believe it’s best to do less each day instead of overdoing it and feeling exhausted the day after. Another cool feature is the Achievements list where you can put anything you’re proud of – from really small things like making a dinner for your family, to big achievements – it’s important to recognise each one!
